With
a growing concern for the environment in which we live, along with the
products we consume, not only Oil Free, but Contaminant Free air is
quite important. To address these concerns a new, more rigorous class
was added to the existing purity classes: ISO 8573-1:2001 Class 0.
Continuing our pioneering spirit with societal responsibility, Hitachi embarked upon a certification of ISO 8573-1:2001 Class 0 for the Hitachi DSP Series Oil Free Rotary Screw Compressor (15-240kW). To validate our findings for consumer knowledge, third party laboratory testing was contracted with a positive result to standards, which enables Hitachi to provide a variety of Innovative, Technologically Superior, and Value Oriented Product for our Customers. When applications are critical and risk free air is essential to providing superior products, no downtime, and protecting your reputation Class 0 is a must. Class 0 is risk free air.

You will not find oil, oil separators, oil filters, gearbox or starting inrush current in this package. What you will find is a 100% Oil-Less compressor with Variable Speed control for maximum efficiency. Simplified construction provides for single stage compression with water injection for near isothermal compression.
